Refund Policy

Our services include live workshops, coaching sessions, and advisory support in spiritual leadership practice for modern executives.

Scheduling: Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement. To reschedule, notify us at least 7 calendar days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

1.1 Refunds for Services

You may request a refund of service fees within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no session has been delivered. To submit a request, use our contact form with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days to your original payment method. If any portion of a session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your session to an alternative date or to another participant upon our agreement.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include e-books, video courses, and downloadable materials focused on spiritual leadership practices.

2.1 Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted. We provide previews and sample materials to help you make an informed decision. If you encounter technical issues accessing your product, please use our contact form for assistance.

3. Merchandise

We offer branded journals, apparel, and spiritual tools designed to support leadership growth.

3.1 Refunds and Replacements for Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 calendar days of delivery. Submit your claim via our contact form, including photos and order details. Upon approval, you may choose a refund to your original payment method within 30 calendar days, or opt for a replacement item at no extra charge.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are in Swiss Francs. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
